The reason why we have a day off of school or work is because we have to honor Martin Luther King jr and he said that “every one should serve” and that is what we have been doing ever since.
What I did on Monday to honor Martin Luther king jr was to nothing because I was so busy over the weekends and I really didn’t have time to do any thing but if i did help I would go to a homeless shelter and give canned goods to all of the homeless and make them very happy.
